jiangsiandGitee 60674d7ab7 数据字典功能，具体的字典需要依赖type_code 和字典分类关联，需要在添加字典分类的时候验证是否填写了typecode，不然会出现type_code 为none的情况。 并且type_code在字典分类的编辑状态为readonly的。
